Delicious!

I use the different grain pastas with a roasted mushroom sauce. Buy various different mushrooms (as many varieties as you can find!) and roast them in the oven with olive oil, garlic (sometimes onion). Then toss with the pasta! DEEEELISH!!

I order this from NY to GA because I can't find any other whole grain pasta that has a normal texture and taste. I'm such a fan!!! It has been a game changer for me as I'm working on switching to whole grains for my cholesterol.
