Our Organic Semolina Collection is made from premium semolina flour, milled from durum wheat, a staple in traditional Italian pasta for centuries. It has a coarser texture than other flours, and it's typically light yellow in color. Pasta aficionados recognize the superior flavor of semolina pasta, while health-conscious folks appreciate that it's a nutritious option known for its high protein content.
Durum semolina is key to creating pasta that holds its shape and delivers the essential al dente texture for a better bite. Semolina pasta also has a classic flavor that gives your dishes richness while allowing your sauce to really shine.
Tantalizing Textures and Flavors

The bronze-cut method, another time-honored Italian technique, helps create our signature shapes and helps the pasta to hug the sauce.
