THE BASICS


How does the Club work?

You'll pay for your entire subscription when you sign up.

You'll receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

Each quarter we will ship you a Club box. Once each box ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us ASAP. We can only make updates to unshipped boxes.

Subscriptions do not auto renew. Once your subscription has ended, you can sign up again for another round of delicious pasta deliveries.

What's in the box?

It's a secret, but one of those good secrets. That’s part of the fun! What we can tell you is each quarterly club box will include SIX pastas

  • 3 boxes of Sfoglini semolina pasta
  • 3 boxes of Sfoglini specialty pasta (think grains, flavors, and limited-editions) 
  • 6 recipes created by Sfoglini chefs plus fun stories for the ultimate culinary inspiration!

What's NOT in the box?

We won’t include our Cuttlefish Spaccatelli (we know it’s tasty, but we want vegans, vegetarians, and those with molluscs allergies to enjoy the club without worry). We also do not include additional ingredients or sauces. Many of our recipes call for fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs, pantry staples, and sometimes dairy or meat. By not including those ingredients, you’ll have maximum flexibility with when and how you prepare and enjoy your pasta.

Will I get repeat pastas?

If you order a Year of Pasta or you order the Half-Year option multiple times, there will be pastas that repeat

While we would love to churn out 24 different pastas, we are a small operation with a focus on quality over quantity. We’ve found our repeat customers don’t mind duplicates throughout the year, especially when it provides the opportunity to try a shape multiple ways - such as with pesto in the summer and a hearty ragu in the winter!

Do you offer a gluten-free version?

No. All Sfoglini pasta varieties contain wheat.

Do you offer a vegan or vegetarian version?

All of the pastas included in the Club boxes are vegan. Each shipment will include recipes (some of those recipes will include animal products). You can use the recipes as culinary inspiration, swap the animal products with your favorite vegan or vegetarian substitutions, or recycle the recipes and create your own fabulous dish.

How do I gift the Club?

At checkout;

Enter the RECIPIENT'S address and information in the SHIPPING section.

Enter the SENDER'S address and information in the BILLING section.

How do I include a gift note?

If you’d like to include a gift note, add your message to the recipient in the Order Notes field on the shopping cart page.

I want my gift to arrive on a specific date.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee an arrival date. If you don’t want to ruin the surprise, we suggest gifting the e-card on the special day, then placing your order for the subscription after. Don’t worry - we never run out of the Sfoglini Pasta Club!

My order won’t ship in time, what can I do?

We have an e-card that you can gift to the recipient. 


UPDATES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION


How do I change the shipping address?

Please contact us to update your shipping address as soon as possible. We can only update the shipping address for unshipped Club boxes. Unfortunately, once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we can no longer make changes to that box. 

How do I skip a shipment or put my subscription on pause?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only skip or pause orders for unshipped Club boxes. Unfortunately, once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we can no longer make changes to that box.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us if you have an active subscription that you’d like to cancel. If your subscription has already ended, no need to reach out. Subscriptions do not auto renew. Once your subscription has ended, you will not be auto charged or auto renewed. 


SHIPPING


Where do you ship the Club?

The Club is only available in the continental USA. At this time, we are unable to ship Club boxes to US Territories or internationally.

How much is Club shipping?

For the contiguous US, shipping is included in the price!

An additional shipping fee will be shown at checkout for club boxes shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. The shipping fee shown is the total shipping fee for all installments in the subscription you selected.

How is the Club shipped?

Club boxes are shipped via UPS SurePost. UPS will pick up the box from us and transfer the shipment to USPS for the final leg of the journey. USPS will make the final delivery.

When will my first Club box ship?

Your first Club box will ship within 10 days of your order. We ship in the order received Monday - Friday. Look out for a tracking number from info@sfoglini.com. Please contact us with your shipping questions or concerns.

When will my Club box installments ship?

Your additional club boxes will ship every 3 months, around the date of your original order. For example, if you place an order on October 5th, your next club box will ship around January 5th, and so on depending on the length of subscription you choose.
