Choose the perfect subscription to suit your gifting or pantry needs: opt for a Half-Year Subscription with two quarterly deliveries or indulge in a Year of Pasta Subscription with four quarterly shipments.

The first club box will ship soon after your order is received, your next box will ship 3 months later, and so on depending on the length of subscription you choose. Subscriptions do NOT auto renew.

ORGANIC, ITALIAN-STYLE PASTA

Sfoglini pastas are made from premium organic grains using classic pasta-making techniques. Our pasta is famous for its ability to "hug sauce." This stems from our use of the bronze-cut method, a time-honored Italian technique that gives each piece a rough, textured surface to hold onto sauce more effectively. It also helps us create distinctive pasta shapes, including our exclusive Cascatelli pasta made in collaboration with three-time James Beard Award-winner Dan Pashman.

We're proud of the high quality you can taste in every bite of Sfoglini pasta. In addition to working with local flour mills in New York to source our whole grain flours, every box pasta from Sfoglini is made and packaged with care in the Hudson Valley.

QUARTERLY SHIPPING

Sfoglini Pasta Club members will receive quarterly shipments of six pastas. The first club box for your monthly pasta subscription will ship soon after your order is received, your next box will ship three months later, and so on, depending on the length of subscription you choose. Subscriptions do not automatically renew. Shipping fees are included in the price of your subscription.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX

Each quarterly club box will include six pastas; three boxes of Sfoglini semolina pasta and three boxes of Sfoglini specialty pasta (think unique grains, inventive flavors and limited-edition pasta varieties).

Every quarterly pasta subscription box shipment comes with a booklet of six recipes created by talented Sfoglini chefs. This booklet also features fun stories that provide the ultimate culinary inspiration for your delectable, homemade meals.

GIFTING

The Sfoglini Pasta Club makes a great gift for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other occasions meant to be celebrated. This unique gift of the month club is sure to delight foodies, home chefs and anybody that likes to mangia.

Unfortunately, we can't hold orders once they are placed since the first shipments go out shortly after a subscription begins. If you don't want to ruin the surprise, we suggest gifting our convenient Sfoglini Pasta Club e-card and then placing your order for the subscription when the time is right. Don't worry - we never run out of boxed pasta for our Sfoglini Pasta Club members!
