​​Each shipment is a delightful surprise, but you can count on the following to be included in each Sfoglini Pasta Club box:

  • 6 bronze-die cut and slow dried pastas—a mix of semolina classics and specialty varieties featuring unique grains, bold flavors, and limited editions

Some pastas may repeat, but you’ll still get to try plenty of different pasta shapes and flavors along the way.

Please note that shipments are sent out quarterly. The first club box ships shortly after your order is placed, and the second club box ships three months later, and so on. Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew, and shipping fees are included.

Easy way to stock great pastas

Love Sfoglini pastas, and the pasta club is a great way to make sure there's always some in your pantry. I love that you receive their seasonal pastas, core and even from the forkful collection.

Wish the packs aligned better with the seasons

I bought this subscription as a Christmas gift, and loved it at first. But in December, the first "season" we received was Fall. So in March, when the next order came, it was "Winter" right as Spring was beginning. The pacing is great, but wish the seasons felt better aligned with the calendar/crops.

Hi Kathryn. We're happy to hear you liked the pasta. Our shipments and recipe books are sent out quarterly, so there is a theme for Jan-Mar, Apr-June, July-Sept and Oct-Dec. We do our best to align the seasonality of the pastas and themes, but there may be some overlap into the next season if the club is purchased right at the end of the quarter. We believe the recipes can work no matter what season it is, but do our best to align with the calendar.
