Zucca, which means “squash” in Italian, resembles small pumpkins or squash, adding a charming look to any pasta dish. It features curved, ridged sides and a small, cup-like opening. Like all Sfoglini pasta, Zucca is made with premium semolina flour, a staple in traditional Italian pasta for centuries. We also use a traditional bronze die extrusion method to give the pasta a rougher surface for sauce to cling to.
