Whole Grain Trumpets

Twist and Shout—Your Sauce’s New Best Friend

Originally called Campanelle, which means “little bell” in Italian, Trumpets are a unique and visually appealing pasta shape. The ruffled edges and hollow center effortlessly capture everything from delicate sauces to rich, creamy concoctions, and even hearty ingredients like vegetables or meats. Celebrated for its versatility, the Trumpets charming shape and practical design continue to delight pasta enthusiasts and home cooks alike.

Our whole-grain blend features an organic, stone-milled flour created with wheat from the New York Hudson Valley. The darker wheat bran adds exceptional flavor and textural integrity to each and every bite.

We combine our whole wheat flour with organic semolina flour milled from durum wheat. A staple of traditional Italian pasta, semolina helps to hold the Trumpets’ shape so it can handle both delicate and hearty sauces with ease.

If you’re in need of some cooking inspiration, don’t miss our popular recipe for Carbonara Whole Grain Trumpets.

What's not to love

Whole grain pasta has come a long way from what I remember years ago when it first hit the market. I had tried some then and swore I'd never buy whole grain again. Fast forward to now and these whole grain trumpets are awesome. This is my second time purchasing. Not only are they extremely palatable, but I love the shape! Put on your list to try. You won't be disappointed and you'll be supporting local farmers etc.
