Einkorn Macaroni

Einkorn, an ancient grain, was domesticated approximately 10,000 years ago and contains high levels of protein, essential fatty acids, phosphorous, potassium, pyridoxine (B6), lutein and beta-carotene (lutein). Our organic Einkorn adds a bold flavor and nutritional boost to our Macaroni when blended with our organic durum semolina.
